These Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any user of the website of Bloom Marbella S.L. (hereinafter “Customer”) and the company Bloom Marbella S.L. (hereinafter “We” or “Bloom Marbella”), owner of the online shop.

We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions and illustrative photographs of our products. However, there may be slight variations in colour, size and shape due to the nature of the products.

7. Prices and payment

• Product prices are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT.
• Bloom Marbella S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price in force at the time of purchase will apply.
• The available payment methods will be indicated on the website.

8. Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of stock shortages, we will contact the Customer to offer alternatives or a refund.

9. Delivery of products

• Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer within the estimated delivery time indicated on the website.
• We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
• In case of non-delivery due to absence of the Customer, the package may be returned and the Customer must bear the cost of reshipment.

10. Warranty and returns

• Bloom Marbella guarantees that its products are of high quality. If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must inform us within 24 hours, attaching photographs as proof.
• Returns will be accepted as long as the product is in its original condition and unused. The return costs will be borne by the Customer except in the case of defective products.

11. After-sales service

For any questions about orders, shipments or warranties, the Customer can contact us via the contact form on the website or by WhatsApp.

12. Obligations of the parties

• Bloom Marbella undertakes to provide clear information about the products and orders.
• The Customer undertakes to provide valid data and to comply with the conditions of purchase.

Customer reviews will be reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or fraudulent comments.
