At Bloom Marbella we strive to provide you with a reliable and hassle-free service. We want you to have all the necessary information about our deliveries and returns so that you can buy with complete peace of mind.
Shipping and delivery times
We ship all over Spain.
- Delivery time: Plants: between 10 and 15 working days.
- Delivery times: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00 h. We cannot guarantee an exact timetable.
- If the order has already left our premises, it will not be possible to cancel it.
Delivery address and modifications
If you need to change the delivery address, you can do so as long as the order has not yet been processed. Log in to your account, access your orders and edit the information. If this option is not available, the order is already in progress. Contact us and we will see what solution we can offer you.

Before finalising your purchase, check your shopping cart carefully to make sure you have selected the correct products.
Secure payment methods
Your security is our priority. That is why we use reliable payment platforms that guarantee the protection of your data:
- Credit or debit card: Your order is processed after validation by the bank.
- Bank transfer: This will be confirmed when we receive your payment.
- Paypal
If you need an invoice, you can request one and you will receive the corresponding breakdown, including VAT and shipping costs.
Delivery problems
- Make sure you provide a correct and complete address to avoid delivery problems.
- If we detect any errors in the information, we will try to contact you. Please note that this may delay delivery.
- We cannot issue refunds if the address provided is incorrect and the order cannot be delivered.
Deliveries to special locations
If your order is going to a hospital, company, university or public building, please note that we cannot always guarantee direct delivery. To improve the chances of success, please provide a contact number and any additional relevant information.
Cancellations and returns
- You can cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been processed. From your account, go to the order section and check if the cancellation option is available.
- If it has already been shipped, we will not be able to stop delivery, but contact us to explore possible solutions.
If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Complete our return form and attach pictures of the damage.
- You have 24 hours from receipt to report the problem.
- We will send a replacement as soon as possible.
Since each plant is a unique living being, there may be differences with the images on our website. This is not considered grounds for return.
