These are the Terms and Conditions that regulate the contractual relationship for the purchase of products that Bloom Marbella S.L. offers in its online shop.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any user of the website of Bloom Marbella S.L. (hereinafter “Customer”) and the company Bloom Marbella S.L. (hereinafter “We” or “Bloom Marbella”), owner of the online shop.
2. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the purchase and supply of products and services of Bloom Marbella S.L. in exchange for an economic consideration.
3. Entry into force
These Terms and Conditions, together with the order confirmation, constitute the contract between Bloom Marbella S.L. and the Customer. The Customer shall be deemed to accept these terms by completing a purchase in our online shop.
4. Placing an order
- To place an order, the Customer must be at least 18 years old.
- The Customer must complete the checkout process and make payment using the methods provided on the website.
- Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive an email with the order confirmation and order number.
5. Supply of products
Bloom Marbella will supply the products indicated in the order confirmation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Product information
We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions and illustrative photographs of our products. However, there may be slight variations in colour, size and shape due to the nature of the products.
7. Prices and payment
- Product prices are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT.
- Bloom Marbella S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price in force at the time of purchase will apply.
- The available payment methods will be indicated on the website.
8. Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of stock shortages, we will contact the Customer to offer alternatives or a refund.
9. Delivery of products
- Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer within the estimated delivery time indicated on the website.
- We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
- In case of non-delivery due to absence of the Customer, the package may be returned and the Customer must bear the cost of reshipment.
10. Warranty and returns
- Bloom Marbella guarantees that its products are of high quality. If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must inform us within 24 hours, attaching photographs as proof.
- Returns will be accepted as long as the product is in its original condition and unused. The return costs will be borne by the Customer except in the case of defective products.
11. After-sales service
For any questions about orders, shipments or warranties, the Customer can contact us via the contact form on the website or by WhatsApp.
12. Obligations of the parties
- Bloom Marbella undertakes to provide clear information about the products and orders.
- The Customer undertakes to provide valid data and to comply with the conditions of purchase.
13. Comments and reviews
Customer reviews will be reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or fraudulent comments.
14. Data protection
Bloom Marbella complies with the current data protection regulations and guarantees the security and confidentiality of the information provided by the Customers.

16. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Marbella.
17. Promotions and Discounts
- All promotions are valid for 1 month unless otherwise stated.
- Discount coupons will only apply to the value of the product and may require a minimum purchase amount.
- Bloom Marbella reserves the right to cancel promotions in case of fraudulent use.

19. Cancellations and modifications of orders
- Orders may be modified or cancelled before they are processed.
- For changes to the billing address, the Customer may do so from their account on the website.
- If the order is already being processed, cancellation is not guaranteed, but the Customer may contact our team to verify the available options.
